Tattoo Deposit Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the time spent preparing your design. To reschedule your tattoo appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that your deposit will be forfeited if: You cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up; You arrive more than 30 minutes late; You reschedule your appointment for the third time. A deposit paid without a scheduled appointment will be valid for a maximum of one year.
